There is only one known character in all of Star Wars canon to have a magenta lightsaber. That character is Cal Kestis. Cal is from the game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and he is a force-sensitive human who over the course of the game becomes a Jedi knight.
In the game, he is able to acquire a magenta lightsaber. Aside from canon, there is only one Legends character who can also use a magenta lightsaber. That character is Mara Jade.

The Meaning of Magenta
In color theory, magenta is can mean charm, compassion, femininity, and unconventionality. Magenta lies on the more purple side of pink. Pink itself is a pale red and was mostly covered in the article about the red lightsaber. However, due to magenta being in the family of pink, pink will be included here as well.
Star Wars Canon
As mentioned above, there is only one known character in Star Wars canon to use a magenta lightsaber. Cal Kestis was a young Jedi padawan during the time of the clone wars.
He was able to survive the clone wars, but found himself on the run from the empire, like most Jedi during this time. Over the course of the game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Cal sees his true destiny of becoming a Jedi knight.
It is during the game that Cal is optionally able to use a magenta lightsaber.
Despite Darth Vader’s lightsaber being canonically described as crimson, some fans of the Star Wars universe have sworn that his lightsaber appears as pink in some of the movies.
This is most apparent in A New Hope. However, Darth Vader’s lightsaber remains to be crimson, despite the color shift from the movie lighting and editing.
Star Wars Legends
There is only one character to use a lightsaber close to magenta in Star Wars legends. Mara Jade’s first lightsaber is technically more of a pink rather than magenta, as it strays away from the more purple side of magenta.
This is fitting as Mara Jade served as the Emperor’s Hand at the time she used this lightsaber. The kyber crystal that existed inside her lightsaber was provided by Emperor Palpatine himself.
Mara Jade did not stay with the Empire for her entire life. After the death of Palpatine, Mara Jade became a smuggler. Eventually, she was tasked with killing the Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker.
After various encounters, she and Luke fell in love and married. Mara Jade lost her pink lightsaber along the way and Luke gave her the famous Skywalker Lightsaber to use for a time.
One other option for a magenta lightsaber is within the game Star Wars: The Old Republic. In the game, the player is able to acquire a magenta lightsaber.
