These are the biggest LEGO Star Wars sets ever made, ranked by piece count. Seventeen sets have passed 3,000 pieces, from the 2002 Imperial Star Destroyer to the Executor Super Star Destroyer, released on 1 October 2026.
Two records have changed hands in the last year. The 9,023-piece Death Star took the top spot from the Millennium Falcon in October 2025. Now the Executor is the longest LEGO Star Wars model ever made, and it comes with a Bossk minifigure.

How this ranking works
Ranked by piece count. Physical size is covered separately further down, because the longest set is not the one with the most pieces.

Prices are the last official RRP, as recorded by Brickset. For a few of the older sets that includes a later price rise, so it is not always what they cost on launch day.

1. 75419 Death Star
The biggest LEGO Star Wars set ever, and the first to pass 9,000 pieces. It also carries 40 minifigures, far more than anything else on this list, and at $999.99 it is the most expensive set here too.

2. 75192 Millennium Falcon
The biggest LEGO Star Wars set for eight years, from its launch in 2017 until the Death Star arrived in 2025. It comes with two crews, one from the original trilogy and one from The Force Awakens, and two radar dishes so you can build either version. 3. 75313 AT-AT
Designed by Henrik Andersen, and big enough inside that LEGO says it will hold 40 minifigures. If you have seen this set listed at 9,785 pieces elsewhere, including on an older version of this page, that is a typo. The real figure is 6,785.

4. 75331 The Razor Crest
The Mandalorian’s ship, designed by César Soares, with four minifigures including the Mandalorian and Grogu. It retired at the end of 2025, so it is now a secondary market set.

5. 75457 Executor Super Star Destroyer
Darth Vader’s flagship, and at 136cm long it is the longest LEGO Star Wars model ever made. It is fifth here on piece count, but the longest set on this list by 11.5cm.
It also recreates the bridge scene from The Empire Strikes Back where Vader briefs the bounty hunters. So as well as Vader, you get Boba Fett, Dengar, IG-88, 4-LOM, Zuckuss and Bossk, the bounty hunter this site is named after. IG-88 has a newly moulded head.
It’s released on 1 October 2026 at LEGO Stores and LEGO.com. For launch week, 1 to 7 October, LEGO is including a free Darth Vader’s Lightsaber (40897) while stocks last.

6. 75367 Venator-class Republic Attack Cruiser
The Clone Wars-era Star Destroyer, designed by Hans Burkhard Schlömer, with just two minifigures: Captain Rex and Admiral Wullf Yularen.

10. 75397 Jabba’s Sail Barge

The biggest by size, not pieces
Piece count and physical size are not the same thing. Measured by length:
- 75457 Executor Super Star Destroyer: 136cm, the longest LEGO Star Wars model ever made
- 10221 Super Star Destroyer: 124.5cm
- 75192 Millennium Falcon: 84cm
- 75419 Death Star: 79cm across
So the Executor, fifth on pieces, is more than 50cm longer than the Death Star that tops the ranking.
Just missing out
75409 Jango Fett’s Starship, released in 2025, has 2,970 pieces, just 30 short of making the list. It is the next biggest Star Wars set after the seventeen above.
Missed Liebherr R9800 42100 at 4108 pieces. Came out a year before this article, so is a big miss.
